Booking procedure, payment terms and remittance

  • Guests should contact us to check availability and price.
  • A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation deposit and booking form have been received and when we have the booking.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks before the date you arrive at your selected apartment.
  • Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
  • You may change your booking, in which case we will make every effort to accommodate any requests. There may be a charge for this service.
  • Price includes one clean before arrival and one clean upon departure. Any booking of less than 7 day incurs a cleaning charge.

Furnishings, contents and decor

The layout and size of the apartments will be as shown on the pictures on the website. However the furniture, contents and decor within the apartment you have reserved may vary from those shown in the pictures. Any alternative furniture, contents or decor will be of a reasonable standard.

Security deposit

Credit card details are requested as security against loss or damage to the apartment. No payment will be taken from the card unless we are advised by our managers on site that loss or damage has occurred, in which case the Guests will be held liable for the cost, without limit, of making good the damage or loss to the apartment, its furnishings or contents.

Payment methods

All payments must be made via Pay Pal.


  • You may cancel the booking at any time subject to cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation must be in writing, we reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment has not been received on the agreed dates.
  • The following cancellation charges apply to all rentals:
    :: Any cancellation 8 weeks or more - loss of full reservation    deposit
    :: 4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental charge
    :: Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental    charge

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event of cancellation by us we will refund you as soon as reasonably practical and fully refund you any moneys you have paid.

Liability limitations

We accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure.

Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development. We accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, After notification of equipment failure, we will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
