What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • The apartments are available to guests after 4:00pm local time.
  • The apartments must be vacated by 10:00am local time on the day of departure.
  • Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the apartments.


Do you provide air-conditioning and heat?

Yes, the apartments have full air-conditioning and heat.



Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, ample linen and towels are provided in each of the apartments.



Are there laundry facilities?
Each of the apartments have a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



Are there cleaning supplies?
Basic cleaning items are provided, such as a mop and broom.  As self-catering apartments, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap, cloths, etc. 



Is the apartment cleaned daily?

No, the apartments are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure, and is usually included in your rate.  A mid-stay clean can be arranged at additional cost.



Is the apartment non-smoking?

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.



Do you allow pets in the apartment?

Pets are not permitted in the apartments.



Where do we pick up the keys?

You will be provided with Keys for the front security gate, a key for the entrance foyer, a key for the apartment and a key for the gate to the sandy beach.  Details of where to pick them up will be provided on completion of booking.



What if we need help?

  • Once inside the apartment, you will find a welcome package giving details of the complex amenities, details on using the apartment's facilities, and some local information, including local supermarkets, local police, fire brigade.
  • In addition, we have a local management company available.  You will be provided with their telephone number in the unlikely event that there is a problem.
